WORKSHOP - "CRAFTING A SOUNDSCAPE - HOW TO DESIGN SOUND FOR VISUALS", ANDREAS TRACHONITIS (CY)
Andreas Trachonitis is a musician producer, sound designer and sound engineer. For the past few years he has composed and made sound design for numerous productions, especially animations. At the workshop, he will present the process of producing, recording, editing and mixing sound effects for a short-film animation, in the format of a masterclass. Special attention will be given to the process of pre-production and the creative process of sound mixing, until the final result is reached. At the same time, there will be a discussion on several other practical aspects of the process, such as the communication with the director/producer of a film. The masterclass will take place at studio eleven63 and it is aimed for Audio Visual and Communication students, sound designers, producers and directors. The number of participants is limited to 15 people.
